Who is ringing in the New Year with you?  Who do you wish could be with you, but isn't there?

I will be with my husband and boys. The boys will not see the ball drop because it doesn't drop before 7:30 PM, which is Matthew's bedtime or 9 PM which is Jacob's bedtime. Don said that he isn't staying up until midnight anyway! I might make it but I am turning into a person that goes to bed early!

If I had my wish, I do wish Peggy was here to share 2008 with us.

What's on your holiday wishlist?

I don' t have a lot of "things" on my wishlist. I just want Jacob and Matthew to have to best Chirstmas ever. I am grateful that Don has a week off from work. I am glad that I am spending time with my family. I do wish that Peggy was here to share the holiday memories with us.

What is your daily commute like?  What is the weirdest thing you've seen on that commute?

I don't have a commute! I am a stay at home mother! It is wonderful that I don't have to drive to work. My husband on the other hand has a 2 hour commute each way. We live about 70 miles one way from his work and the traffic is horrible to and from.

What are your irrational fears?

I don't know if this counts but I am terrified from latex balloons! I am scared of them popping. If I see children touching them or squeezing them, I feel like I am going to pass out from what might happen. Mylar balloons are no problem for me. I have no fear of them what so ever.

Which person from your past, who you've lost touch with, do you wonder about the most?

Her name is Joyce Dhluhy! I can't find her anywhere,. I only wish that I could talk to her again. Her and I used to neighbors when were children until she moved to Fredricksburg, MD, I think. The last correspondence with her was in 12th grade and then nothing.

What's the most memorable crush you have had?  
 

Gosh, I had a crush on Keith Forte in the fourth grade. He was beautiful! I wrote him a love note and told him that I like him. We were boyfriend and girlfriend for a New York Minute until I found out that he was using me for the twinkies in my lunch everyday! Then he wasn't so beautiful.

 

 

What are some things that are worth (and not worth) spending money on? 

I think any kitchen gadget is worth spending money on! I love them!

On the other hand, I find that I wouldn't spend a lot of money on shoes! I have 2 pairs of shoes and I purchased them at LeWalmart.
